Bio

Chris Sims, founder, CEO, and Chief Product Owner of CAVU, is a Registered Scrum and Scrum@Scale Trainer (Scrum, Inc.). Along with fewer than 20 other people in the world, he also holds the prestigious designation of Registered Scrum Fellow from the same organization.

Chris’s Scrum training experience includes hundreds of public and private cohorts with participants from all over the world. He has taught Scrum for multiple Fortune 500 organizations in the United States. His passion is coaching clients – from startups to the C-Suite of Fortune 100 enterprise organizations – to grow and create engaged teams of innovators. 

Chris leverages his mastery of Agile philosophy, Scrum methodology, and mentoring techniques to build collaborative and creative project teams that are empowered to deliver dynamic results.
