Course Description

Scrum@Scale is a leading scaling framework for Scrum that was invented by one of the co-creators of Scrum, Dr. Jeff Sutherland. Scrum@Scale gives a lightweight framework that empowers organizations to roll out scrum across infinitely large organizations. It is unique in that it focuses on guiding organizations to effective enterprise-level Scrum by using the same terms, roles, and techniques that make Scrum teams so effective.

Essentially, Scrum@Scale scales Scrum by using Scrum.
